Our members continue to be more important to us now than ever! With your support, the Society will be able to continue its efforts to bring Idaho history to interested people through such outreach programs as:

• The Junior Prospector Club, which makes information available to all Idaho history classes in the state at fourth grade level.
• Training for city and county officials on (and issuing grants for) preservation of local history and of official records through Certified Local Government programs.
• Providing instruction to groups on appropriate protection of historic documents, records, and photos.
• Special recognition programs such as the Esto Perpetua Award, the Century Farm and Ranch Program and the Heritage Cities Program.
• Traveling exhibits offered throughout the state to better educate those who enjoy Idaho' s history.

As a member, you will receive the Society's quarterly journal, Idaho Yesterdays, and its quarterly newsletter, Mountain Light, as well as invitations to ISHS sponsored activities, workshops and special events.  Members giving at least $60 will also receive a complimentary annual subscription to Idaho Magazine.

Contributions to the Idaho State Historical Society are fully deductible for income tax purposes.  The Society is an educational institution under Section 63-3029A, Idaho Code; therefore, contributions also qualify as an Idaho tax credit.
